Virtual property is second of my biggest projects where I’m have been head of the design and project management.
We had pilot project before we started virtual property project, where proofed concept and tested different kind of technologies.

After that we started thinking how to bring feature in the Granlund Manager.
By interviewing pilot users, our other customers (who could be interested about feature) and in-house professionals I narrowed features to essentials to MVP’s first phase. After this I contiuned working with user by prototype testing different UIs, usability testing and interviewing. First phase was released 30.5.2018. We wanted to release feature as soon as possible so we can get real use feedback from user as early as it is possible.
UI is still a little rough around the edges, but it works as first phase. We will continue project with real users and real data so we can make its user experience perfect.
